We know the pandemic affected our children, but what has been the aftermath for our kids in middle school today? In this episode, psychotherapist, school counselor, and author Phyllis Fagell discusses the creation of "extreme tweens" and what qualities they need develop to succeed in middle school and beyond. Phyllis demonstrates that guiding our girls through the experiences of middle school can help build the strong, resilient adults we want our girls to grow into.
